What is Vowlight?
Vowlight gives an event host a QR code and guest upload page. Photos and videos that guests submit go to the host's connected Google Drive.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. The QR opens a mobile web page where guests choose files and upload. They do not need a Vowlight account.
How do paid upgrades work?
Start with one event and 50 files for free. Paid plans add capacity and event features; checkout appears only when a payment provider is configured for the selected plan.

Yes. It includes one event and up to 50 guest files. No credit card is required.
How do I collect photos from event guests?
Create an event, connect Google Drive, then print or share its QR code. Guests scan it and upload photos or videos from their phone.
Are event guest uploads private?
The guest page is not listed as a public gallery, but anyone who has the event link can open it. Share the QR and link only with the people you want to invite, and pause uploads when collection is finished.
Can guests upload after the event?
Yes, while the host leaves uploads open. The host can pause the page from the dashboard after the last files arrive.
Does Vowlight support photos and videos?
Yes. Supported plans accept both, with file-count and per-file size limits shown before purchase.
