One-time event plans
Event and Large Event plans are eligible for a full refund within seven days of payment if the event has not used more than the free plan's 50-file allowance. This is an additional Vowlight guarantee and does not limit mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights under applicable law. Refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on the provider.
Event Team
You may cancel future renewals before the next billing period. A billing period that has begun is generally not prorated. We investigate and refund duplicate charges or confirmed system errors.
How to request a refund
Email us from your registered address at support@vowlight.net with your account email, payment date, and plan name. Mandatory refund and consumer rights under applicable law still apply.
