Before you print the QR
Do guests need an app or account?+
No. They scan the QR code, choose photos on their phone, and upload directly.
Where are the original files stored?+
In the Google Drive account you connect. Vowlight stores only the information needed to manage the album.
Which events can I use it for?+
Any event with people taking photos: weddings, birthdays, parties, corporate events, conferences, graduations, reunions, and more.
Can people upload after the event?+
Yes. Leave uploads open after the event, then pause them from the dashboard when you are done.
When do I need to pay?+
Upgrade after the free 50-file allowance runs out. Event and Large Event are one-time purchases for one selected event; Event Team renews monthly.
What if the plan is not right for my event?+
Event and Large Event purchases qualify for a full refund within seven days when usage has not exceeded the free 50-file allowance.
